THE SHIPPING SITCH
Our store operates on a presale model, meaning each product is custom made for you when you order it. We are passionate about this model, because it minimizes overproduction and waste. It also allows us to keep logistic prices down. Good for your wallet and our earth!
Sometimes this means that things will take a little longer than your typical online purchase. Currently, COVID has slowed things down - so please give us up to 9-10 business days to get your order created, packaged and sent.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to ship to Canada or Internationally at this time.
LET'S TALK ABOUT RETURNS
We want you to be super happy with what you get from us - it was made with love specifically for you! A sad reality of commerce is that most small businesses can’t absorb the industry standard rate of return - so we’re asking you to take a little extra care before you order.
Make sure to take one extra look at sizing information, and limit returns to when there’s quality issues. Any product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way will be fixed as soon as we possibly can at no cost to you. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at email@example.com. Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: If the order has not been sent to production yet, it can be canceled and edited! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you catch it and we’ll do our best to resolve. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to the sender, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost required to re-ship your order.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If the order has not been sent to production yet, it can be canceled and edited! Contact us as soon as you can. We'll try our best to make this happen. If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the print provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge.
Q: Can I place a bulk order?
A: Hell yes you can! Send us an email at email@example.com with all the details and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
We answer emails Monday-Friday, and we try to get to all messages within 48 hours.
